Registration for Non-PACA Members

The 2023 BFI conference early registration fee for Non-PACA members is $725 through 30 June 2023. The registration fee for Non-PACA members 31 June – 25 Aug 2023 is $775 and the on-site registration fee is $825 for all registrations after 25 August 2032 including all walk-ins.

Those attendees joining PACA at the time of registration are eligible for the PACA member rate.  PACA membership dues are $150.00 per year.  Choose the option “Become a PACA Member” during the registration process and remit the membership fee. Membership will be good for 1 year from date of purchase.

The registration fee includes access to all sessions, all meals and refreshments, and access to digital versions of all presentations at the conclusion of the event.

Registration for current PACA Members

The 2023 BFI conference early registration fee for PACA members is $625 through 30 June 2023. The registration fee for PACA members 31 June – 25 Aug 2023 is $675 and the on-site registration fee is $725 for all registrations after 25 August 2032 including all walk-ins. Current PACA membership in good standing will be verified by the PACA event registration agents.

The registration fee includes access to all sessions, all meals and refreshments, and access to digital versions of all presentations at the conclusion of the event.

Registration for Active Military Members or Federal Government Employees

There are no BFI meeting registration fees for active duty members of the Military or for Federal employees.  Lunches and proceedings are optional and incur a fee for Active Military and Government Employees for the selection of the options below.

  • No charge for BFI sessions
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Luncheons (optional): $30 each luncheon

Requirements, Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds for cancellation will be made for such notifications received before 15 July 2022.  Cancellations received 16 July through 5 August will be assessed a $25 handling and processing fee.  Cancellations received after 5 August 2022 are not refundable.  Completion and submission of the online registration form indicates acceptance and compliance with these terms.

An approved DD Form 2345 is required to be on file for all companies sending people to this event.   Potential attendees can check their companies status online with DLA (linked here).   You can search by company name or by CAGE code.   All companies will be verified by PACA prior to confirming any individual registration.
