BFI Registration on-line opened May 1, 2019.

Registration for Non-PACA Members

The early 2019 BFI Conference registration fee for non-PACA Members is $650.00.  Early registration fee for non-PACA members ends June 28, 2019.   After June 28, 2019, the fee for non-PACA members is $700.00 through August 9, 2019.   On-site registration fee is $750.00 for registrations after 5:00PM on August 9, 2019 and for all walk-ins.

Those attendees joining PACA at the time of registration are eligible for the PACA member rate.  PACA membership dues are $150.00 per year.  Choose the option “Become a PACA Member” during the registration process and remit the membership fee. Based on the date you register the PACA membership fee may be pro-rated for the remainder of the year through March 31, 2020.

Attendees wishing to purchase additional lunches or hard copy proceedings (while that supply lasts) may purchase those for the following:

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Luncheons (optional): $30.00 each luncheon
  • Hard Copy Proceedings (optional): $30.00 for each copy and must be requested at the time of registration.

Registration for current PACA members

The 2019 BFI conference registration for current PACA members is $550.00.  Early registration fee ends June 28, 2019.  After June 28, 2019, the fee for non-PACA members is $600.00 through August 9, 2019.   On-site registration fee is $650.00 for registrations after 5:00PM on August 9, 2019 and for all walk-ins. Current PACA membership in good standing will be verified by the PACA event registration agents.

Attendees wishing to purchase additional lunches or hard copy proceedings (while that supply lasts) may purchase those for the following:

  • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Luncheons (optional): $30.00 each luncheon
  • Hard Copy Proceedings (optional): $30.00 for each copy and must be requested at the time of registration.

Registration for Active Military Members or Federal Government Employees

There are no BFI meeting registration fees for active duty members of the Military or for Federal employees.  Lunches and proceedings are optional and incur a fee for Active Military and Government Employees for the selection of the options below.

  • No charge for Symposium sessions
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday Luncheons (optional): $30.00 each luncheon
  • Hard Copy Proceedings (optional): $30.00 for each copy and must be requested at the time of registration.

Requirements, Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds for cancellation will be made for such notifications received before August 9, 2019.  Cancellations received June 30, 2019 through August 9, 2019 will be assessed a $50.00 handling and processing fee.  Cancellations received after August 9, 2019 are not refundable.  Completion and submission the on-line registration form indicates acceptance and compliance with these terms.

An approved DD Form 2345 is required to be on file for all companies sending people to this event.   Potential attendees can check their companies status online at https://cage.dla.mil/.   You can search by company name or by CAGE code.   All companies will be verified by PACA prior to confirming any individual registration.
